Health and Hygiene, Leprosy and TB session at Khada Market, Lyari, Karachi – Pakistan

A team from MALC Health Education Department (Mr. Daniel Karamat, Health Education Officer, and Ms. Farhat Afza, Health Education Assistant) along with a team from MALC Bihar Centre (Mr. Younas Patras – Incharge Bihar Centre, Ms. Salma – Leprosy Assistant and Mr. Owaish, Field Assistant) conducted a Leprosy, TB, health and hygiene awareness session at Khada Market, Lyari – Karachi Pakistan on April 11, 2019. The objective of the session was to create awareness regarding Leprosy, TB, health & hygiene among 50 participants and also to make new volunteers in Women Empowerment and Development Foundation for referring suspected Leprosy and TB cases to MALC centres for early diagnosis and treatment.
