DEUTSCHES AUSSATZIGEN-HILFSWERK E.V., German Leprosy & Tuberculosis Relief Association (GLRA), GERMANY: GLRA is a long standing partner of MALC supporting Leprosy control since 1962. Currently they are supporting BMZ project, International Leprosy Elimination and TB Control Programs in Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit Baltistan, Azad Kashmir, MALC Hospital, MALC Head Office, Balochistan and social rehabilitation.

 

CARITAS ST. POLTEN AUSLANDSREFERT Austria : Caritas has continued their support  from 2005, for relief projects as well as for capacity building and community development projects such as MUD Project proposal and RDF Project Chachro; improving the living conditions of households in Chachro, Tharparkar District .

 

CHRISTOFFEL-BLINDENMISSION E.V., (CBM) GERMANY: CBM, another long-standing partner of MALC since 1988, had been supporting Blindness control activities in Karachi and Balochistan and most recently a Community Based Inclusive Development Project of Persons with disabilities in Karachi. 

 

MISSIO INTERNATIONAL:

Missio has been supporting MALC since the last two decades by generously providing funds in projects such as rehabilitation of persons affected by Leprosy in Sindh.

 

St. FRANCIS LEPROSY GUILD:

St. Francis Guild has been supporting MALC for the last fifteen years by sending maintenance grants annually.

 

World Health Organization:

WHO is providing MALC with Multi Drug Therapy (MDT) free of cost to treat persons affected by Leprosy as well as Leprosy teaching manuals for medical, para-medical and other medical staff.

 

CARITAS GERMANY

MALC is proud to have Caritas Germany as one of its partners, who sponsors MALC’s emergency relief projects throughout Pakistan as and when emergencies arise.

Dr. Pfau Foundation is supporting MALC’s health related projects right from its inception.

 

MERCY CORPS

With the kind support of The Global Fund, MALC is implementing a project on TB Control in collaboration with Mercy Corps. The project focuses on the Public-Private Mix (PPM) component engaging General Practitioners & private labs, conducting Chest Camps and examination of close contacts of TB patients in selected districts of Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.

 

THE FRED HOLLOWS FOUNDATION

Thanks to the generous support of The Fred Hollows Foundation, MALC is carrying out a project aimed at reducing the prevalence of preventable blindness and visual impairment in the targeted districts of Pakistan. Within the framework of this project, Cataract Surgeries are being conducted through Surgical Eye Camps in Balochistan and at MALC Hospital in Karachi.
