Occupational Therapist (OT)

MALC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist. This role involves conducting functional assessments, developing individualized intervention plans, delivering therapy sessions, guiding caregivers, and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to enhance each child’s independence in daily activities and overall well-being. 

Responsibilities:

•Assess functional, sensory, and motor

 Skills 

•Develop and implement IEPs / therapy plans 

•Improve daily living skills (writing, dressing, coordination) 

•Monitor progress and update goals 

•Work with multidisciplinary team 

Qualification:

•BS/DOT in Occupational Therapy (licensed/registered) 

•Experience in pediatrics or rehabilitation preferred
