MALC is seeking a compassionate and skilled behavioral therapist. This role involves conducting behavioral assessments, implementing therapy sessions, guiding caregivers, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team to enhance each child’s functional independence and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

Conduct basic behavioral assessments and observations

Assist in developing and implementing IEPs (Individualized Education Plans)

Provide one-on-one therapy using ABA techniques

Record data and track client progress

Guide parents and coordinate with the team

Qualification:

BS/MS in Psychology / Clinical Psychology

ABA certification preferred (RBT or equivalent)

Experience with autism/Neurodevelopmental disorders
