This is an on-site, full-time role for a Speech Therapist based in MALC Rehab Centre, Numaish, Karachi. The Speech Therapist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, and communication disorders, as well as swallowing difficulties (dysphagia). The role includes creating individualized therapy plans, providing direct therapy to patients, and working collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care. Additionally, the speech therapist will document progress, educate caregivers, and contribute to community outreach and awareness initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments

Develop and implement IEPs / speech therapy plans

Work on communication, speech clarity, and language skills

Track progress and maintain reports

Train parents for home practice

Qualification:

MS in Speech-Language Pathology

Licensed/registered therapist preferred

Experience with speech delays/Neurodevelopmental Disorders

Previous work with an NGO is preferred
