🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training strategies aligned with project goals
• Conduct training needs assessments for staff and community programs
• Design and deliver training modules (health, education, community development)
• Lead workshops, seminars, and capacity-building sessions
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness (M&E)
• Coordinate with program teams
• Manage training schedules and reporting

🎓 Education

• Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH)

---

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Public Health sector
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Experience in capacity building and community training programs
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
