Community-Based Inclusive Development (CBID)

The CBID program is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities by promoting access to essential health, education, and livelihood services. Our approach focuses on empowering individuals and their communities to thrive inclusively.

Our Services Include:

  • Assistive Devices & Modifications: Providing necessary tools for mobility, functionality and accessibility.
  • Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy: Tailored rehabilitation services for individuals with disabilities.
  • Training for Caregivers: Educating caregivers on therapeutic exercises to support daily activities.
  • Disability Certification Assistance: Facilitating the process for obtaining disability certificates and specialized CNICs (SCNICs).
  • Screening for Disabilities in Children: Identifying disabilities in children aged 5-14, through community-based screenings, to facilitate timely interventions.
  • Community Involvement: Engaging local volunteers in activities that promote inclusivity.
  • Vocational Training & Income Generation: Offering skills development opportunities for economic empowerment.
  • Self-Help Groups: Encouraging the formation of support groups within communities.
  • Advocacy & Mobilization: Conducting advocacy campaigns, communication and social mobilization activities (ASCM), to raise awareness, promote disability rights and drive positive changes in the community.
